Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day.

Shipping Times

We ship all orders from our US warehouse. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

Australia & New Zealand 10–18 business days
Rest of World 10–21 business days

These are estimates only. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances outside our control.

Shipping Costs

  • United States: Free standard shipping on all orders
  • International: Calculated at checkout based on destination and order weight

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this to track your order at any time via our Track Order page at www.wixlo.shop/track-order.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at contact@wixlo.shop. We will investigate with the carrier and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Customs & Import Duties (International Orders)

International customers may be subject to customs fees, import duties, or taxes upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost. Wixlo has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
