At Wixlo, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, we are here to help.

Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In its original condition (unused or lightly used)
  • In the original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt)

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please email us at contact@wixlo.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return
  • The reason for your return

Our team will respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions and the return shipping address.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or product, please contact us at contact@wixlo.shop. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is of higher value, you will be charged the difference.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at contact@wixlo.shop with:

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Items returned after the 30-day return window
  • Items that are not in their original condition due to misuse or damage caused by the customer
  • Final sale or clearance items (where clearly marked)

Lifetime Guarantee

All Wixlo titanium cookware products come with a lifetime guarantee against manufacturing defects. If your product develops a defect under normal use, contact us and we will replace it free of charge, no questions asked.
