How do I return an item?
Please note that we have a 40 day returns policy from the date you receive the item - please ensure that you notify us of your return within the 30 day deadline so that the item can be returned to the supplier within the 40 day period.
Our returns process is very simple, no need to worry about creating an account etc, please email us at: https://wixlo.shop with your order reference number, the item you wish to return and the reason for your return and we will send you a free returns label or email you the address you wish to return it to.
Please note that if you do not use our free returns label service (because you choose not to or are not eligible) then we strongly recommend that you use a reputable and trackable courier to send your items back to the supplier as you are responsible for them until they are successfully returned.
Please note that eligibility for a full refund is at the discretion of the supplier - not us. As a rule of thumb, a refund will only be made if the product/item is returned in new condition, has not been tampered with and all labels, seals and tags are intact.
What if I received the wrong item?
