How should I care for my garment?

To ensure the longevity and quality of your garment, please follow these care instructions:

We recommend that you hand wash your garment in cold water for best results.

If using a washing machine, select cold water and the gentle cycle.

Avoid using fabric softener as it may affect the performance of the fabric.

After washing, hang your garment to dry. Do not use a dryer as it may cause shrinkage and damage to the fabric.

Do not bleach your garment as it may change the color and integrity of the fabric.

Please note that dark colored garments may fade during the first wash. To prevent this, we recommend soaking your garment in cold water with 1/2 cup of white vinegar before the initial wash. This will help to set the color and minimize fading.

What is the return and exchange policy?

We offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item(s) within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. When returning a package, do I need to insure it?

While it is optional, we highly recommend insuring your return package. Please note that we cannot issue a refund or exchange for items that do not reach us, and we are not responsible for lost packages sent to us. To ensure the safety of your return, we advise sending it via a traceable service.
